Memory foam is the pillow of choice nowadays. This type of foam will mould to the shape of your head and neck, giving it extra support and comfort. It also allows your head and neck to 'breathe' during your sleep, which will help reduce perspiration on those humid nights.
It is important that your pillow is the correct height for yourself. Not only does this depend on the breadth of your shoulders, but also on the firmness or softness of your mattress. Our memory foam toppers are constructed from heat-sensitive, visco-elastic foam - which contour to your body and memorizes your body's shape for a better night's sleep. With a 50mm thickness, they are the perfect height for comfort as well as providing full body support.
